Mozilla.org is the best site for good tips, I’ve linked the add on’s page from their Firefox site.

In Firefox go to Tools/Add-ons then click “Get Extensions”.

Here’s a good tip.
If you have a 3rd mouse button (push down on the scroll wheel), you can use that button to click a link and it will open in a new tab.
