So I was on yahoo answers on my sidekick LX like a half hour ago and all of a sudden it was like my phone had a mind of its own. It was doing a bunch of things I wasn’t telling it to do. Like I went to turn it off because I thought maybe I just had to re-start it and I went to hit “power off” every time i would try and do that someone was moving it to the “back” so I couldn’t power it off. I can’t go into my text messages it just keeps trying to call people whenever I push the buttons. It has to be either hacked or a virus. A few days ago I accidentally opened an email I think was probably a virus..what do I do!!??..this sucks! I also tried just turning the wireless off and it turned it back on! creepy and annoying!!

remove the battery and see if re-starting it that way helps, also try downloading a mobile anti virus package there should be some free ones available

OMG! mine is doing the SAME exact thing! I don’t understand what’s going on, and this began to occur earlier today when i was at work. This is really beginning to drive me insane!

i did a hard reset and now it’s back to running smoothly.
only thing though, when you do a hard reset, you lose your unsaved texts.
