26 year old Matthew Delorey of New Bedford, Massachusetts could be spending 40 years in prison on top of dishing out $250000 for running a website that sells hacked cable modems that can give you free and anonymous Internet. Matthew may be charged with one count of conspiracy and one count of wire fraud. Keep in mind that the average murderer in the US spends only 15 years behind bars.
